You can filter these exercises according to the ‘Main Muscle Group Worked’, although this isn’t necessarily the only muscle group worked. For example, Dead-lifts also work your back and quadriceps however we’ve listed this exercise under hamstrings, as that’s the main muscle group the Deadlift works.
The exception to this being isolation exercises which only work one muscle group, such as Curls, Raises, Fly’s and Extensions.
