Star Jumps are a great aerobic exercise that work your quadriceps, calves, core and shoulders. These are bodyweight exercises you can do anywhere with no equipment. People often confuse Star Jumps with Jumping Jacks, Star Jumps are much more challenging as they need more explosive power from the legs. Star Jumps normally done on lower split days, HIIT training, circuit training or as a form of active rest.
