The bent over row is a very popular compound exercise, it primarily targets your back but also works your triceps, glutes and lower body. This is a pull exercise, so could be incorporated into your pull split days, upper body workouts or added to your circuit training.

It is common to do this exercise using a barbell, however, you could also use dumbbells or weight plates if you want to increase range of motion.
